WARDEN HEALER BUILD
“DETONATION”
“DETONATION”
Warden is a really fun class and an awesome healer, as as you may guess from the title, this build is full of burst healing, and mainly burst damage – both things at the same time due to one of our sets!
BREAKING DOWN THE BUILD
CLASS: WARDEN
As Mentioned, Wardens are great healers and have unique buffs to apply to our allies, and oh my, does this build have a ton of buffs for our teams.
RACE: BRETON
For this build we are going with Breton, they are an all around great race for magicka builds, increasing our Max Magicka, Spell Resistance and decreasing the cost of our skills. But any magicka based race is good for healers, so if you want to go with an Argonian, who has several racial passives geared towards healing, or High Elf, who will increase our damage done quite a bit, go ahead! If you want an in depth look at all the racial passives, you can check our race guide.
BUFF FOOD: LONG FIN PASTY WITH MELON SAUCE
This food is easy to attain and will add to all three pools, giving you increased magicka, health and stamina for battle. The ingredients are Fish, Melon, Greens and Frost Mirriam, but if you cannot make it yourself, it is fairly cheap on guild traders.

POTIONS:
With the insane amount of magicka recovery from this build we don’t even need to use potions, but if you want you can use the cheap potion that drops from enemies, any other buff advanced potions gives you is covered by our skills.
ATTRIBUTE POINTS:
We have a pretty solid amount of Magicka and awesome Magicka Recovery, which will help us to not have to worry about running out of magicka during the fight, and a good amount of health and stamina, so put all 64 attribute points into magicka.

MUNDUS STONE: The Atronach (increase our Magicka Recovery)
SKILLS
You want to aim for these skills, but the order you slot them is totally a personal preference. Healing in ESO is very rewarding and we like to try to make a fun and active experience, so you aren’t just sitting there spamming heals.
MAIN BAR
Healing Springs | Radiating Regeneration | Enchanted Growth | Combat Prayer | Budding Seeds | Enchanted Forest |

BACK BAR
Elemental Blockade | Proximity Detonation | Blue Betty | Energy Orb | Lotus Blossom | Aggressive Horn |

Healing Springs
Grand Healing morph: Weapon section, Restoration Staff tree. Just a great AoE heal that also gives you resources back anytime anyone is healed.
Radiating Regneration
Regeneration Morph. Weapon section, Restoration Staff tree. This is a direct heal skill that acts like an AoE, automatically hitting people around you. DPS doesn’t want to stack? No problem!
Enchanted Groth
Fungal Growth morph. Class section, Green Balance tree. A crazy burst heal that on top has two very important buffs, Minor Intellect and Minor Endurance, increasing the Magicka and Stamina recovery for every person hit. This will do wonders for the DPS and Tank on your team.
Combat Prayer
Blessing of Protection morph: Weapon section, Restoration Staff tree. Works similarly as Enchanted Growth, everyone hit by it will be healed, but also receive Minor Berserk and Minor Resolve, increasing both Spell and Physical resistance.
Budding Seeds
Healing Seeds morph: Class section, Green Balance tree. Another burst heal skill. First it acts like a heal over time, until the seeds blossoms and then it bursts heal by a lot. You also have the option to press the skills again, skipping the heal over time phase, making the burst heal be almost instantaneous. On top of that, an ally on the field can activate the synergy to heal even more.
Secluded Grove (Ultimate)
Secluded Grove morph: Class section, Green Balance tree. First it acts like a burst heal for the most injured player in the area, then it’s a heal over time for everyone, and even gives you Ultimate back, this skill is great.
Elemental Blockade (Blockade of Storms)
Wall of Elements morph: Weapon section, Destruction Staff tree. This is a fantastic DoT and AoE that every healer should use.
Proximity Detonation
Magicka Detonation morph. Alliance War section, Assault tree. It basically puts a time bomb on you, that explodes and damages enemies nearby, and by each enemy hit, it increases the damage for a whopping 100%. This skill not only fits the theme of our build, but it’s super fun to use.
Blue Betty
Betty Netch morph: Class section, Animal Companions tree. Spawns a little Betty that follows you around, giving you magicka back, increasing your spell damage, and also removing negative effects from you.
Energy Orb
Necrotic Orb morph: Guild section, Undaunted Guild tree. Always have this active during a fight, it will help your team sustain a lot, plus heal them.
Lotus Blossom
Lotus Flower morph. Class section, Green Balance tree. This skill will make your light attacks heal you, but most importantly, your heavy attacks heal you and your allies, there’s also a bonus Spell Critical increase for you.
Aggressive Horn (Ultimate)
War Horn Morph. Alliance War section, Assault Tree. Very nice skill to have, it will increase Magicka and Stamina regeneration for the whole team for 30 seconds, as well increase the critical damage for 10 seconds.
Alternative Skills
Elemental Drain
Weakness to Elements morph: Weapon section, Destruction Staff tree. This skill debuffs enemies and gives you magicka back to you and your allies. If you want, you can switch this one with Proximity Detonation, or use it while you farm those Assault Points until you get the time bomb skill.
PASSIVE SKILLS
Class: All Animal Companions, Green Balance and Winter’s Embrace passives.
Weapon: All Destruction and Restoration Staff passives.
Armor: All Light Armor passives.
Racial: All Racial passives.
Guild: All Undaunted Passives.
Craft: Medicinal Use from the Alchemy tree.
ARMOR
The first set we are using is Spell Power Cure, this set will increase the weapon and spell damage of every person you overheal (meaning you heal someone even when they already have full health), including yourself. Overhealing in this game is something that happens A LOT, so this set can have a 100% uptime on basically all fights as long as you keep your AoE and DoT heals coming. Now for our second that, that’s the one that will make justice for the title of this build even if you don’t run Proximity Detonation, it is the Dark Convergence. What it does is that, every time you use any skill that leaves an effect on the ground, the set will create an area that snares AND pulls enemies to it, what is great to help the Tank and the DPS, and after some time it will explode doing magicka damage to every enemy close to it. This is so fun and so useful for mob packs, and even for chipping away boss health, making it possible to heal your team and also do damage at the same time. For our Monster Set, we are going with Sentinel of Rkugamz, everytime you heal yourself or someone, a robot spider that heals people close to her will spawn.
Other alternatives are Symphony of Blades, a very good Monster Set, but it requires a DLC and drops on one of the hardest veteran dungeons. Nightflame is another Monster Set that works similarly to Sentinel, and also doesn’t require any DLC. Shadowrend is also fun, but it’s not as great of a Monster Set.

CHAMPION POINTS
WARFARE TREE
Moving your mouse over the stars in the CP screen will give you more info of what it does. If you don’t have many skill points, don’t worry, just pick what you can and how much you can. Only the slottable ones are listed, the rest is up to your preference, but we recommend you to focus on Magicka Recovery.
- Enlivening Overflow (Slot)
- Fighting Finesse (Slot)
- Hope Infusion (Slot)
- Soothing Tide (Slot)
FITNESS TREE
- Rejuvenation (Slot)
- Fortified (Slot)
- Sustained by Suffering(Slot)
- Survival Instinct (Slot)
CRAFT TREE
This tree is kinda open to anything, just pick what you like, it doesn’t matter for combat. If you want suggestions, I would say Liquid Efficiency, Rationer and Treasure Hunter are always a good choice.
ROTATION
Healers don’t really have a rotation, it’s more about managing your resources and using what the situation at hand is asking for, so this is basically a guideline.
Pre-Buff with Betty and Lotus Bloom. Use Wall of Elements, that will proc our set, and then use Combat Prayer to your team. After that, react to what the situation needs. If it needs heals, use heals, if it doesn’t then you can heavy attack or use the Detonation, and manage your resources.
A trick you can do is use Betty and Lotus, hit your Detonation, wait a bit, use a damage or heal AOE, and run towards the group of enemies, so both will explode almost at the same time and you will do a ton of damage.
That’s it, simple, easy and really fun to use. Check the build video if you want a voice over about all the info and footage of the rotation! With a bonus Fashion for the Warden Healer.
