WHAT DOES THE PSIJIC LOREMASTER CELARUS DECK DO?
The Psijic Loremaster Celarus Deck’s strategy is based around card manipulation. A lot of the Celarus cards either remove cards from the tavern, to take them away from your opponent, or they look at your own deck, and you choose what cards you want to go to your cooldown pile. Why is this strategy good or useful? Well say you have an opponent that is leaning hard into one patron deck, you can play a card to remove those cards from the tavern and that most likely will mess up their deck building strategy somewhat. The other benefit is looking at your cards in your deck and essentially choosing which cards to draw or not draw.
HOW IS THE ESO PSIJIC LOREMASTER CELARUS DECK UNLOCKED
You will have this deck unlocked as one of the 4 starting decks once you complete the Tales of Tribute Tutorial.

ESO PSIJIC LOREMASTER CELARUS DECK – PATRON ABILITIES
The Psijic Loremaster Celarus Patron abilities are focused on knocking out your opponents active agents, which is very powerful. “Opponent has 1 agent card in their active agents, Pay 4 Gold – Knock Out (Place 1 of your opponent’s active agents into your opponent’s cooldown.
Your Neutral and Unfavored abilities are the same!

Look at the next 4 cards of your draw. Choose up to 4 of those cards to move to your cooldown.
